Please read the full rules below carefully before using this platform. Opening an account, making a deposit, or playing any game means you have accepted these terms.
1 General Introduction
heybaji is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, live casino, and various other games. Reading these Terms and Conditions in full before using any service on this platform is mandatory.
In this document, "platform", "site", or "we" refers to heybaji and its operating entity. "Member", "you", or "user" refers to any person who has created an account or is using services on this platform.
By accessing the platform, creating an account, or taking part in any game or betting activity, you will be considered to have given your full agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.
2 Account Registration
A personal account is required to use heybaji's services. Members must provide accurate and current information during registration. The platform reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time.
2.1 One Person, One Account
Each person may operate only one account. Having more than one account is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Account Security
Keeping the account password and login details fully confidential is the member's own responsibility. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, notify the support team immediately. The member is responsible for all activity carried out from the account.
2.3 Updating Information
If contact details provided at registration — such as a mobile number or email address — change, it is the member's responsibility to update them. The platform is not liable for any disruption to services caused by outdated information.
3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
All heybaji services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Members must provide their correct date of birth when registering an account.
The platform may at any time request a government-issued identity document (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) to verify a member's age and identity. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
4 Deposit and Payment Methods
Deposits on heybaji can currently be made through: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
4.1 Deposit Conditions
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
- Deposits made through another person's account or via a third party are not accepted.
- Once a deposit is successfully completed, the funds are added to the member's wallet.
- If there is a delay due to a technical issue, send proof of the transaction to the support team.
4.2 Secure Transactions
All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. Please avoid sending money through any third party or unofficial channel. heybaji does not recognise any transaction made outside the platform's official payment channels.
5 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum amount for withdrawing winnings is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
5.1 Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirement is fulfilled.
- The account must have sufficient balance at the time of the request.
5.2 Rejected Withdrawals
A withdrawal request may be rejected in cases of fraudulent activity, rule violations, or incomplete account verification. In such cases, the member must resolve the matter through the support team.
6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
heybaji offers various types of bonuses for new and regular members. It is mandatory to read the specific terms of a bonus before claiming it. All rules relating to bonuses are described below.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000; the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000. The bonus amount can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement is met.
6.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses
- Once a bonus is credited to the account, it must be used within the specified time limit.
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed against the same deposit.
- Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means may result in cancellation of membership.
- Bonuses are for use in your own account only — they cannot be transferred.
6.3 Individual Terms for Promotional Offers
Each special promotion — such as the Weekly Deposit Festival, Slot Bonus, and Cricket Season Offer — has its own terms. The specific terms published on the offers page are considered final. Each bonus must be claimed within a set validity period.
7 Betting Rules
heybaji allows betting on cricket, football, and other sports. Specific rules apply to each market. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled, unless the event is cancelled or an exception is clearly stated in the rules.
7.1 Odds and Markets
Displayed odds may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is successfully placed are final. In the event of a sudden large change in odds, a bet may not be accepted at the displayed price.
7.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement
If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake placed on that event will be refunded. If an event starts much later than scheduled, or is stopped midway due to environmental or technical reasons, the site's decision on the outcome will be considered final.
7.3 Multi-Bets and Combo Markets
In a multi-bet, all selected events must win together; otherwise the entire bet is lost. For example: three events with decimal odds of 1.40 × 1.60 × 1.70 = 3.81 (approximate) — a ৳100 stake would return ৳381 — but if any one of them loses, the full ৳100 is lost.
8 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on heybaji, and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:
- Match fixing or assisting in determining results through fraudulent means.
- Placing bets or playing games using bots or automated software.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Attempting to hack accounts or steal another member's information.
- Exploiting technical errors in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
9 Account Suspension and Closure
heybaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any reason — particularly for rule violations — without prior notice.
9.1 Closure at Member's Request
A member who wishes to close their own account may contact the support team. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any available balance through the designated method before the account is closed.
9.2 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming
If a member feels that gaming or betting is becoming harmful to them, they can use the self-exclusion option described on the responsible gaming page to keep themselves away from the platform for a set period or permanently.
10 Limitation of Liability
heybaji is not liable for any loss caused by service disruptions, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or third-party actions. The outcome of online games and betting depends entirely on circumstances and skill — no guarantee of any result can be given.
The member bears full responsibility for their decision to play and any financial gain or loss resulting from it. The platform makes no guarantee of winnings.
11 Privacy and Personal Data

Members' data is not sold to any third party. However, limited information may be shared with relevant authorities when required by law or for the purposes of an investigation.
12 Changes and Updates to Terms
heybaji reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified in advance by email or through the platform.
Continuing to use the platform after a change has been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The most recently updated terms are considered currently in effect. Previous terms no longer apply.
